We also provide custom guards, night and day guards protecting your teeth in every aspect of your daily activity. We provide subscription-based services that provides members with regular shipments ofVivera™ retainers by Invisalign®, day and night guards.  Subscription members enjoy exclusive benefits, such as discounted pricing, free replacements with 45-day warranty fit, and exclusive access to For All The Smiles customer support. 

3. How is For All The Smiles different from other plastic clear retainers websites? Other websites offer cheaper retainers.

4. How is For All The Smiles different from over-the-counter night guards?

For All The Smiles night guards are custom-made based on your dental impressions, ensuring a precise fit and maximum comfort. Over-the-counter night guards are typically generic and may not provide the same level of customization or effectiveness. For All The Smiles's products are also designed by dental professionals and undergo rigorous quality control processes.

5. What if my night guard does not fit?

If your night guard does not fit properly, For All The Smiles offers a 45-night perfect fit guarantee. Simply contact customer support, and they will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it's providing a replacement or adjusting the fit.

6. Do I need top AND bottom night guards? Can I get two of the same kind?

By default and traditionally, night guards are worn byONLYthe upper arch. The need for top or bottom night guards depends on your specific dental condition and preference. Please speak with customer support if you have any questions!

7. If I am a heavy grinder, can I get a thicker night guard?

Yes, For All The Smiles offers different thickness options for night guards to accommodate varying levels of teeth grinding. You can select the thickness that best suits your needs during the ordering process.

8. How long does it take to get my retainers or guards after I placed my order?

After you have placed your order and send in your dental impressions back to us, it typically takes around 2-4 weeks to receive your custom-made night guards or retainers. This timeframe may vary depending on shipping destination, season, and production factors. All products are made to order and our goal is to delivery your retainers and guards as soon as it is made.

9. What are For All The Smiles night guards made of?

All of your products areBPA, BPS, DEHP, and latex-free .For All The Smiles night guards are made of high-quality, dental-grade materials that are durable, comfortable, and safe for oral use. These materials are carefully selected to provide optimal protection and comfort while wearing the night guard. Please refer to our Materials Fact Sheet page for specific details on each materials used for your products.  

10. Can I buy this for my child? My child is grinding their teeth? Will this work for my kid?

No,  For All The Smiles does not offer night guards suitable for children who grind their teeth during the milk teeth stage or mix dentition stage. It's essential to consult with a dentist / pediatric dentist or orthodontist to determine the best option for your child's specific needs.

Receiving my Guards & Retainers

1. What to do after finishing taking impressions for Vivera Retainers and Guards?

Please follow instructions on how to send back your impressions

Impressions for Vivera™ retainers by Invisalign®

  • Return Label is attached to the Invisalign® Box
  • Place final impressions inside the Invisalign® Box
  • Please visit your local UPS NOT USPS POST OFFICE store or schedule a pick up to drop off the Invisalign® Box 
  • You will receive a Receipt with Tracking # attached
  • Save your tracking # Reciept

Impressions for Other Hawley Retainers, Day & Night Guards 

  • Impression Kits will include Return Shipping Label from USPS Post Office attached to your the Mailer Envelope
  • Place final impressions inside the Mailer Envelope
  • Drop it off at your local USPS post office.

2. When wIll I receive my Retainers and Guards?

  • We always try our best to return you the final product as soon as possible when our lab has completed the order. Typically, it would take 2-4 weeks to deliver your custom Retainers and Guards.
  • Our system promptly generates an email that you provided which includes shipping tracking # . Please contact customer service if you have any issues.

3. How many days does it take to receive my retainers and guards?

  • Below is a general estimate of when your orders will be shipped after receiving your impressions from our lab. Note that shipping during the busy holiday seasons will have significant delays. That is very unfortunate and that is out of our control. 
  • Vivera Retainers: up to 2-3 weeks (including shipping days to your home)
  • Hawley Retainers: up to 1-3 weeks (including shipping days to your home)
  • Day and Night Guards: up to 1-3 weeks (includes shipping days to your home)

4. Can I rush my orders? 

Yes, you absolutely can! There will be a rush processing fee that includes rush shipping. Please check the Rush order box in the check out page.

It says that the Package was Delivered but I have not received it

  • If the tracking indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance. They have access to the most current information about your package’s whereabouts and can provide more accurate details than For All the Smiles. 
  • Additionally, we may be able to initiate a claim on your behalf or possibly send out a replacement for new retainers or guards. A process fee will be required.

5. It says that the Package was Delivered but I have not received it.

We are very confident that we do not anticipate any issues with our products, we understand that problems may arise. To ensure customer satisfaction, please contact our customer support. 

We encourage our customers to reach out to us immediately if they encounter any issues. Please email us at help@forallthesmiles.com and provide detailed information about the problem with your product. We can quickly resolve issues by providing details. 

Here are some common issues that people may experience:

- Defect on the guard or retainer

- Guard or retainer doesn’t cover all teeth

2. What if I run out of Impression materials?

It’s highly unlikely that you would not be able to make  great impressions with the help of our instructional guide and customer service. If that is the case you cannot, we will send you additional impression materials at no cost.
